it is very easy simple and full free  it is a simple step for creat s blog/web:

    open your web browser and click on the search bar .wrire in bar www.google.com and click on go to.and write in google search bar creat a blog after then click on searchbutton.after then click on the search result first website after then start your pageand sign in with your gmail account example@gmail.com and your password example123456789 and click on sign in after then sign in click on the creat a blog you see 2 diffrent bar:
 description:example
 blog name :example.blogspot.com
click in first bar and and write description for example:download soft.
after then click on 2nd bar and write your blog name for example :download.blogspot.com

and next stepselect your web template and click on crat a blog and start possting;
    you can upload video;audio;software,wallpapers and othere:
