          first step open your browser and click on adress bar and write www.google.com after then start google web page click on search bar and write creat a blog and search now.after then view result click on the first result www.blogger.com and sign in with your gmail account after then open your blogger account click on creat a blog after then click you see 2 diffrent option no1 description no2 your blog name click on 1rst bar on description write your blog description for example dpwnload soft and click on next blog name for eaxample download.blogspot.com aafter then write blogg name select your blog template and click on creat my blog after then clicking your blog/web is ready for possting.
